چکیده

Abstract To study the power propagation of wind turbines in doubly-fed unit and output oscillation characteristics after transformation. Firstly, damping was changed when velocity lower than rated higher respectively, considering tower shadow effect shear, were studied. Finally, modeling simulation carried out on PSCAD/EMTDC platform. Through analysis fluctuation spectrum change unit, it is concluded that turbine input greater or less through has different effects unit. The units are with without shear. When negatively damped shear taken into account, contains both low-frequency sub-synchronous oscillations, magnitude frequency components related to control parameters

Optimal Operation of Doubly-fed Induction Generator used in a Grid-Connected Wind Power System

In this paper, a wind power system based on a doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG) is modeled and simulated. To guarantee high-performance control of the powers injected into the grid by the wind turbine, five intelligent super-twisting sliding mode controllers (STSMC) are used to eliminate the active power and current ripples of the DFIG. The STSMC controller is a high-order sliding mode cont...

Investigation on Doubly Fed Induction Generator Steady State Parameters

In this paper steady state characteristic of a variable speed Doubly fed induction generator (DFIG) is investigated. Torque and speed is used as design parameters for DFIG. From mathematical model it is found that on increase of rotor injection voltage and resistance, the torque speed response is shifted from over synchronous to sub synchronous range. The stability of DFIG operation is entirely...

Review on Wind Power Generation With Doubly Fed Induction Generator

This paper presents the review of the Doubly fed Induction Generator (DFIG) based Wind Energy Conversion System (WECS). Basically the various challenges of the grid connected DFIG based wind turbine has been highlighted in this review. Nonlinear model of wind turbine with DFIG configuration are explained and a 1.2 MW, 50 Hz, 6 pole DFIG simulated using MATLAB/SIMULINK. Some important control is...
